Karen's doll arrived with her head detached. I actually took the picture above after I removed the neck bracket from inside Barbie's head (OUCH.... sorry Barbie) and replaced it in the body.
After cleaning her face, she had stains which had to be bleached out. This removed part of her original face paint.
Barbie's total make over included, 3/4 reroot (from a donor MSB - to match hair texture), hair coloring, hair restyling, stain removal (Twin Pines Remove Zit), facial repaint and sealer, general clean up and an outfit made from one of Karen's vintage (70s) dresses. Barbies dress was made into the same style dress.
