🔄 Can I return or exchange my order?

No. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if you made a mistake (wrong size, address, etc.), email us within 24 hours of placing your order at orders@barbieville.com we’ll try to help if your item hasn’t shipped yet.

⏱ How long does shipping take?

Shipping can take up to 21 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
We ship within the U.S. only. You’ll get a tracking number when your order ships.

No. At this time, we only ship within the United States.

🛒 I need to cancel or change my order what do I do?

You have 24 hours from when you placed the order to request a change.
After that, we can’t cancel or update anything.
Email us at orders@barbieville.com with your full name and order number ASAP.

📦 My package says delivered, but I didn’t get it?

Please check with your local USPS/UPS and neighbors first. Once a package is marked delivered, it’s out of our hands.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered packages.

🧾 How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking info.
You can also go to our Track Order page to follow your shipment.

🔐 My order got flagged for fraud what does that mean?

We use Shopify's built in fraud analysis to protect both you and our business.

If your order is flagged as high risk, you may receive an email from us requesting:

• A photo of your driver’s license or state issued ID, and

• The credit or debit card used for the order (showing only the name and last 4 digits you can cover the rest).

If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, your order will be automatically canceled and refunded to the original payment method.

This policy is in place to prevent fraud, chargebacks, and identity theft. Thank you for understanding.
