Order Changes

If you need to modify your order (size, color, or shipping address), you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. Each case is reviewed individually and approved claims will be resolved accordingly.

Requests submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
