Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order leaves our facility.

✧ Preorders or High-Demand Items

For preorder or made to order items, please allow 7–21 business days for processing unless otherwise noted.

✧ Shipping Carrier

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the order size and destination.

• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

• Packages marked delivered by the carrier, but not received

• Delays caused by the carrier or customs

• Lost, stolen, or refused packages
